WriterAI.cc is an AI-assisted writing tool that helps you create, refine, and publish content. Features may change over time as we improve the Service.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate or publish unlawful, infringing, hateful, or deceptive content.
  • Violate the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
  • Resell or abuse the Service in a way that harms us or other users.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create with the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service — for example, storing your content, sending it to AI providers to generate output, and publishing it to services you connect. You are responsible for the content you generate and publish.

5. AI-Generated Output

AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any content before relying on or publishing it. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy or suitability of generated content.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WriterAI.cc will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
